She gets an ornate and overly kitschy commemorative plate, one of only five made each year!
But then Big Daddy dies and she has to leave her precious plate in the hands of Sophia and Rose, who are busy running a bed and breakfast without Blanche's permission to pay for a TV Sophia wants. The plate breaks and Rose finds someone to sell her another one. The man asks for $2,000, but Rose offers him $1,700 cash, which is what Sophia made from the BnB to get her TV.
Sadly Blanche smashes it minutes later.

The plate is a fan-made recreation. It has slight differences from the one on TV. As Dorothy said about The Beatles Experience: "It's not the real thing, but it's an incredible simulation."
